- Classroom management is the skill of the teacher to create and maintain an optimal learning conditions and restore it if there is interference in the learning process. Teachers with all their abilities, students with all any background and their traits, the curriculum with all its components meet and interact in class. Even the results of education and teaching is largely determined by what process in the classroom. Therefore, it is proper class of well-managed, professional, and ongoing. Effective classroom management is a prerequisite by an effective teacher. The main and most difficult task for the teacher is classroom management, and there is no single approach that is said to be the most excellent for classroom management.
