The research method used for this purpose is quasi experiment of one group pretest and posttest design which involving student physics UIN Mataram. The instruments being used are written test, students worksheet, and observation sheet. The findings show that the physics practice model based on guided inkuiri significantly improves student science process skills (SPS) with average score 75.76% and 76.01% and N-gain score 0.51 dan 0.47 with the medium category. The highest improvement occurs on date analysis. Meanwhile, the lowest improvement occurs on the indicator of operational definition variable.
