- Introduction: Posyandu (Integrated Health Care Service)asa health care service unit for elderly shouldbe optimal both in terms of the quality of service andalso facilities, it is all in orderto enhancethe elderly`s intentions andself-awarenesson visiting Posyandu to keep them healthy. Objective:determine the relationshipbetween the quality of health care services with the level of elderly`sattendance to Posyandu. Method: used in thisresearchisdescriptive analyticresearchdesignwithcross sectional approach, the 25 unit of posyanduweretakenwithcluster samplingmethod. The Data were collected by using observation and interviews and analyzed by PearsonProductMoment correlation test.Result:showed that the average of health care service quality of Posyanduis 74.93%.The attendance`s rate among elderly within 1 year showed an average of 61.41%, withP value result (0,002 < 0,05) of health care quality services and the attendance rate among elderly, it means that H1 was accepted. Conclusion: There wasa relationshipbetween health care services quality with the elderly attendance to Posyandu. Keywords: Elderly, Posyandu, Quality of Health Care Services, Attendance
