Subjects in this study were the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 016525 Urung Pane district Setia Janji. The result of research is obtained after learning process by applying project-based model or task to reach the average value of cycle I 79.95 and cycle II reaches 83.75 average. Completeness of learning outcomes in the first cycle reached 79.80% after cycle II, reflection and the completion of classical learning recommendations reached 86.45%. It can be concluded that the implementation of project-based learning model can improve the learning outcomes of Civic Education of students in the fourth grade of SD Negeri 016525 Urung Pane academic year 2016/2017.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 016525 Urung Pane kec. Setia Janji. Hasil penelitian diperoleh proses belajar setelah penelitian dengan menerapkan model berbasis proyek atau tugas mencapai nilai rata-rata siklus I 79,95 dan siklus II rata-rata mencapai 83,75. Ketuntasan hasil belajar pada siklus I mencapai 79,80% setelah siklus II, refleksi dan rekomendasi ketuntasan belajar klasikal mencapai 86,45%. Dapat disimpulkan penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan siswa pada kelas IV SD Negeri 016525 Urung Pane tahun pelajaran 2016/2017.
