students and student learning outcomes that are very unsatisfactory. To overcome this,
Civics teacher SD Negeri 010074 Rawang Panca Arga conducts classroom action
research by choosing actions that are changing the learning model with probing probing.
In this study two cycles were carried out. The results of this class action research are the
initial conditions of students before being given the action the average value of students is
56.88 with classical completeness reaching 37.5%. In the first cycle, the average test
scores of students were 66.88 with classical completeness reaching 68.75%. In the second
cycle, the average test scores of students were 73.44 with the logical completeness
reaching 87.5%. The results of this study illustrate that the use of promting probing
learning models can improve Civics learning outcomes in class V students of SD Negeri
010074 Rawang Panca Arga academic year 2017/2018.

Abstrak: Masalah dalam pembelajaran PKn adalah kurangnya keaktifan dan efektifitas
siswa serta hasil pembelajaran siswa yang sangat kurang memuaskan. Untuk mengatasi
hal tersebut, guru PKn SD Negeri 010074 Rawang Panca Arga melakukan penelitian
tindakan kelas dengan memilih tindakan yaitu mengubah model pembelajaran dengan
probing promting. Pada penelitian ini dilaksanakan dua siklus. Adapun hasil dari
penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah kondisi awal siswa sebelum diberi tindakan nilai ratarata
siswa yaitu 56,88 dengan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 37,5%. Pada siklus I
diperoleh nilai rata-rata tes siswa yaitu 66,88 dengan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai
68,75%. Pada siklus II diperoleh nilai rata-rata tes siswa yaitu 73,44 dengan ketuntasan
klaksikal mencapai 87,5%. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa dengan
penggunaan model pembelajaran probing promting dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn
pada siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 010074 Rawang Panca Arga Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.
