Efforts to Improve Learning Outcomes Through Course Review Horay Learning Methods Environmental Material Around Indonesian Language Class IV Students SD Negeri 018453 Siumbut-Umbut district Kota Kisaran Timur academic year 2017/2018; 2. Describe the management of Indonesian language learning by teachers; This classroom action research is carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. This classroom action research was conducted in class IV of SD Negeri 018453 Siumbut-Umbut, which consisted of 38 students. The subjects of this study were grade IV teachers and fourth grade students at SD Negeri 018453 Siumbut-Umbut, data were collected through observation, interviews, tests, and documentation studies. Keyword: Course Review Horay Abstrak: Penelitian tindakan kelas secara umum bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran untuk peserta didik kelas IV SD NEGERI 018453 Siumbut-Umbut. secara khusus bertujuan untuk : 1. Upaya Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Melaui Metode Pembelajaran Course Review Horay Materi Lingkungan Sekitar Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Siswa Kelas IV SD NEGERI 018453 Siumbut-Umbut Kec. Kota Kisaran Timur TP. 2017/2018; 2. Mendeskripsikan pengelolaan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia oleh guru ; Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dikelas IV SD NEGERI 018453 Siumbut-Umbut yang berjumlah 38 orang siswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas IV dan siswa kelas IV SD NEGERI 018453 Siumbut-Umbut, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, test, dan study dokumentasi.
