- This research was conducted related to the accountability of village financial management year of 2016 at the Villages in Subdistrict of Simpang Rimba District of South Bangka, the aim of this research is to describe how the responsibility of village government over the financial management of the village, wheter it has done well and accordance to the applicable regulations, it can be proved by the realization of the strategic plans and the objectives which have been set by government effectively and efficiently. The data analysis technique which is used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis, by conducting in- depth interview to the informants. The result of this research indicate that the accountability of village financial management at the planning phase has applied participation and transparancy principles, as well as the implementation phase has applied transparancy and accountability principles. While at the accountability phase of village financial management has been done well technically and administratively, but still must be guidanced by subdistrict government.
