- The background of this study is occurrence of a decline in the value of the National Examination for students of Pangkalpinang Senior High School 3 in 2015-2016. Indications of impairment are caused by the less than optimal role of teachers in carrying out their duties and functions. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, workload and emotional intelligence on teacher performance at Pangkalpinang Senior High School 3. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with a total sample of 46 teacher respondents, the sampling technique uses saturated sampling method. In this study the independent variables are leadership style, workload and emotional intelligence and the dependent variable is performance. The analytical method uses multiple linear analysis with t test, and f test and the mineralized coefficient test (R2). The results of descriptive analysis on variables with the average value of the leadership style variable (X1) of 3.97, workload variable (X2) of 3.93, emotional intelligence variable (X3) of 3.85, based on the score range in the 3.41-4.21 interval. The results of the research on leadership style variables (X1) obtained t value (2,143)> t table (2,017), workload variable (X2) obtained t value (2,024)> t table (2,017), emotional intelligence variable (X3) obtained t value (3,862)> t table (2,017). This population concludes that leadership style, workload, and emotional intelligence partially have a positive effect on teacher performance. Simultaneously the three variables also influence the teacher performance of Pangkalpinang 3 State Senior High School with the result of f test shows that f count (16,230) > ftabel (3.21). The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the variables of leadership style, workload and emotional intelligence affect performance by 53.7%.
