- The implementation of the training program activitiesaims to: First, provide an understanding of Hang Tuah 3 Mataramhigh school teachers in the theory of several terms on the softwareset related to video learning. Second, Provide direct practice to HangTuah 3 Mataram high school teachers making a learning video. Theimplementation of the activity is divided into two stages, namely: Thefirst stage, providing understanding by using the method associatedwith the term in the set of video learning software that is available oneach participant's laptop. After that, it is continued by using theDirect Practice method of making learning videos. The result of thisactivity is the teacher can understand about making learning videos,with indicators that the teacher can make learning videos, eventhough they are still simple. Based on the results of the training it canbe concluded that the teacher has been able to make a learningvideo, but intensive training with practice methods still needs to bedone
