- The implementation of this training activity aims to: (1) improve the creativity and productivity of the Junior English Teachers in preparing the various needs analysis, assessment tools and instructional instruction which is then compiled into an InTASC Standard-Based Module (InTASC) module where it contains 10 Standard that contains all the steps of teaching and reflection that teachers can do so that the learning process will run effectively and fun, what is taught the teacher will be easily understood by the students and their learning process is not only stopped in the classroom but also can be done outside the classroom. (2) By doing so, students will be able to communicate fluently in English and can use it in getting a job, especially the world of tourism where they are able to provide a much better service that is able to communicate with the tourists smoothly. (3) The better the services provided, the more tourists coming where this will certainly provide more jobs and make Tourism West Lombok a tourist destination that can compete in the international arena. In the implementation of this training program, the team first coordinated and gave the introduction of InTASC standard to the headmaster, MGMP chairman, and participants. Afterwards the team provided InTASC 10 InTASC training which contained the need analysis, assessment tool and various instructions which eventually compiled into an InTASC-based module used in further English teaching, so the benefits of this training can be felt on and on. Based on the results of the training and mentoring it can be concluded that the school is very supportive of the training activities and the enthusiasm of participants can be measured from the InTASC-based module that is completed as a companion book of the current curriculum.
