  • ABSTRACT Dierga Noershapala. Correlation Between Job Satisfaction with Burnout of PT. Infomedia Nusantara Employees at Jakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta: Concentration of Office Administration, Study Program of Economics Education, Department Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2012. The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know more the correlation between job satisfaction with burnout of employee’s at PT . Infomedia Nusantara, Jakarta. The research healed at PT. Infomedia Nusantara for three months since March 2012 until May 2012. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach, and the data is got from instrument to employee at PT Infomedia Nusantara. The population research was all of employees with total 340 employees. The reached population is Operation Services Division about 74 employees. Respondent taken 62 sample according to level of error 5%, which use Simple Random Sampling. The X variable data (job satisfaction) and Y variable data (burnout), using Questioner of Likert Scale. Then,it has constructed validity test using validation process, that is correlation coefficient valuing score with the total score and reliability test with Alpha Cronbach formula. Reliability X variable (job satisfaction) is 0,915. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Y = 98,59-0,505 X. After that data normally test by using Liliefors formula and the result is L = 0,089 whereas L table for n= 62 in significant level 0,05 is 0,112, so L count < L count . It means that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and the result is F Count (16,25) > F table table (4,00). Showing that, it has significance regression. While regression linearity test, F (1,96), showing that regression is linear. The result of product moment of correlation coefficient test, is r xy count = - 0,462 continued by using correlations coefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result, -t count (1,60) < F = - 4,03 while –t = -1,67 and so, - t count <- t . It means that there are significance and negative relation between job satisfaction with Burnout. Based on determination coefficient test obtained the result 21,31% variation of job satisfaction variable. The conclusion of the research have shown that there is a negative relation between Job Satisfaction with Burnout of PT. Infomedia Nusantara at Jakarta.
