Concentration Education Office Administration . Department of Economics and Administration . Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. 2012 . The research was conducted at Children's Hospital and the Mother of Harapan Kita Jakarta in September to December 2015. This study aims to gain the proper knowledge (valid, true, valid) and trustworthy (reliable, reliability) on the relationship between work environment with motivation work. The method used in this research is survey method with the correlational approach. The population was all nurses who work in RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta totaling 45 people. Of the population is obtained the number of samples that will be studied by 40 nurses. In the formula Liliefors normality test on variables X and Y , the value of the largest L o = 0.200, Ltabel to n = 40 with a significance level of 0.05 is 0.1477 . L tabel > Lo ( 0.1477 > 0.200) . Thus , it can be concluded that the data were normally distributed . To test the hypothesis , the calculation results with T test , obtained F hitung = 233.57 and F tabel ( 0.05 ; 86/35 ) = 1.68 , so 1.68 > 233.57 ( Ftable > F hitung ) . Thus , it can be concluded that there is a relationship between work environment with work motivation . Based on these results , it can be concluded that there is a relationship between work environment with work motivation on the nurse.
