Script, Jakarta: Study Program Economy Education, Faculty Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2016. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect between compensation and working environment of work motivation on the employee at PT Citra Interlindo Cikarang. This research was carried out four months, starting in February 2016 to May 2016. The method of this research is survey method with causality approach. The population in this research were all employee at PT Citra Interlindo Cikarang with total 128 employee. Sampling techniques used was proportional random sampling, so the samples in this research is amount 95 respondents. Data collection using technique of recording of document, interview and questionnaire. Data work motivation (Y), compensation (X1), and the work environment (X) obtained with how to give questionnaire to respondents and retrieve data payroll february-may respondents. Data analysis technique used were the test requirements analysis consists of a normality test and linearity test, classical assumptions test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test which consists of t-tests and f-test. Based on the results of the data analysis can be known that there are partially effect between compensation with work motivation. It can be seen from the result of data analysis which shows tcount 6.973 > t 1.67. Working environment partially effect on work motivation, it’s seen from the results of the data analysis that shows t Count 4.935 > ttable table 1.67. Compensation and working environment simultaneously affect on work motivation, it’s seen by data analysis shows F count 63.434 > F 3,11. The obtained regretion equation is Ý = 15.990 15.691 X1 + 0,220 X2. Based on determination of the coefficient test R2 0,580 that’s means compensation (X table 1 ) and working environment (X) effect on work motivation (Y) amount 58%.
