- This research was aimed at finding the effect of perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior and its impact on the employee performance of the provincial government of DKI Jakarta. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive random sampling with a total sample of 285 employees of Government of DKI Jakarta Province. Data collection was done using questionnaire which distributed directly using googleform after the validity and reliability tests were performed. This research used a quantitative approach with data analysis technique to test hypotheses using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) PLS technique. The results indicated that: (1) there was a significant positive effect of Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Job Satisfaction, Perceived Organizational Support on Organization Citizenship Behavior, Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction on Organization Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, Organization Citizenship Behavior on Employee Performance, (2) there was a significant positive effect of Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction and Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Performance through Organization Citizenship Behavior.
