  • This study aims to see the influence of financial literacy and antecedency against risk tolerance with the moderation of demographic factors on young workers in Indonesia. Antecedents in this research use Financial Education, Financial Knowledge, Attitude, and Financial Behavior Financial. Research is moderated by demographic factors, gender, and marital status. The study was conducted on 580 young workers in Indonesia, especially in JABODETABEK area through the online survey (google-form). The research method used in this research uses a quantitative approach using the technique of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS), to test the effect of moderation the researchers used Multigrup Analysis (PLS-MGA). This research resulted that financial literacy and its antecedents have a positive influence on risk tolerance, whereas demographic factors such as gender and marital status each influence risk tolerance.
