- This research discussed about impact of authoritarian leadership and work environment on the performance of civil servants in sub-districts of the Bekasi City with Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable. This research uses quantitative research with primary data. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in analyzing data that has been obtained from civil servants of Sub-districts of Bekasi City. Based on predetermined criteria, researches obtained 200 respondents data that were analyzed using AMOS software. The result of this study indicates that authoritarian leadership and work environment influence organizational commitment has a role as a mediating variable.
