  • This study analyzes the effect of price, physical evidence and word of mouth on repurchases with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Fitness Center in DKI Jakarta. The sample in this study was 230 respondents and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). From the results of the study note that the price has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, physical evidence has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, word of mouth has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a positive effect on repeat purchases. Physical evidence has a positive effect on repurchases. Word of mouth has a positive effect on repeat purchases. Customer satisfaction has a positive effect on repeat purchases. Price has a positive effect on repurchase with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Physical evidence has a positive effect on repurchase with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Word of mouth has a positive effect on repeat purchases with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable.
