The purpose of this researches is to get a valid and reliable data of fact, to know more the relation between Emotional Intelligency With Learning Results of Students on SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta. The researches has done from January until June 2016. Survey with correlation approach is use as the method of this research. Students class X Marketing are the population of this research 78 students with using random sampling technique. Collecting X variable data (Emotional Intelligency ) using questionnaire instrument and Y variable (Learning Results) is the vakue of test of students data from the school, before it has content validity construct for X variable bye validation process, that is correlation coefficients valuing score with the total score and reliability test using Alpha Cronbach formula. Reliability X variabel (Emotional Intelligency) is 0.8325. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Ŷ = 6,59 + 0,14 X. after that, data normality test by using Liliefors formula and the result is Lo= 0.09 in significant level 0.05 and Lt = 0.100. So Lo < Lt, mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. While regression linierity test, Fcount (-2.00) < Ftable (1.84), showing that regressing is linier. For regression significance test and the result is, Fcount(52.64) > Ftabel (3.98), showing that regression. The result of product moment of correlation coefficient significance test, is rxy 0.64. continued by using correlation coefficient significance test with test-t. counting result is tcount = 9.45, while ttabel on dk = 78 – 2 = 76 and significance level 0.05 is 1.78 and so tcount> ttabel. From counting, node that it has significance relation between of determination coefficiency tes is rxy2 =0.642 = 0.41 mean that 41% learning results by emotional intelligency. The conclusion shown that research have positive relation between emotional intelligency with learning result of students on SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta.
