The aim of this study is to investigate what factors can predict students‟ intention to become an entrepreneur. Four predictor variables are employed, those are: locus of control, social norms, entrepreneurship education, and entrepreneurial motivation. A survey has been conducted attracting 200 participants from seven faculties of Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Data are analysed using exploratory factors analysis used SPSS v17 and confirmatory factor analysis used AMOS v22. Finding of this study are: H1 has critical ratio score 1,045<1,96 which means H1 is unaccepted. H2 is accepted with critical ratio score 2,556>1,96. Therefore, H3 has critical ratio 2,417>1,96 which also means H3 is accepted. The strongest factor that influences students‟ entrepreneurial intention is entrepreneurship education with standardized total effect score 0,285 which score is bigger than the rest. This research showed that entrepreneurship education is relevant given to university students.
