  • RISKA DINIATI “EFFECT OF STUDENT’S ASPIRATION AND PEER TO LEARNING MOTIVATION ON THE SUBJECTS PRACTICUM OF ACCOUNTING IN MERCHANDISE COMPANY GRADE XII SMK NEGERI 14 JAKARTA”. Thesis. Economy Education. Faculty of Economic. State University of Jakarta. 2020 This study aims to find out whether there is an influence between student’s aspiration (X1) and peers (X2) to learning motivation (Y) on the subjects Practicum of Accounting in Merchandise Company grade XII SMK NEGERI 14 JAKARTA. The study was conducted for three months starting from March until May 2020. The population in this research is 105 grade XII SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta students, Major in Accounting. The sampling technique used random sampling so that the sample was 83 students. Data of variable (Y) learning motivation, (X1) student’s aspiration, and (X2) peers were obtained from questionnaire. The requirements analysis test done is to find regression equation that produces Y = 45,649 + 0,062 X1 + 0,435 X2. The results of analysis show: (i) There is significant positive influence between student’s aspiration and learning motivation, (ii) There is significant positive influence between peers and learning motivation, (iii) There is significant positive influence between student’s aspiration and peers to learning motivation. Basic on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that student’s aspiration and peers stimultaneously affect learning motivation. Keywords: Student’s Aspiration, Peers, Learning Motivation
