This research aims to determinate The Role of Self-Efficacy as a Mediator of The Family Environment and Motivation for Entrepreneurial Interest using empirical data that is valid and reliable. The research was conducted at the Economic Education Faculty of Economic UNJ. The method used is a survey methode with questionnaire. Affordable population in this study were students bachelor in faculty of economic 2017 totaling 490 people. Sample used were as many 220 people using proportional random sampling techniques. The data analysis techniques used is the requirement analysis test, hypothesis test, description analysis and path analysis. Test requirements analysis performed shows the results that are normally distributed and linear data. Based on the results of hypothesis testing and path analysis it can be concluded that all hypotheses are accepted. The coefficient of determination in this study was 24,6% which showed the ability of the family environment, motivation and self-efficacy in influencing entrepreneurial interest while the rest were influenced by other factors not examined. Based on the results of the path analysis, it shows that the selfefficacy as the mediating variables can properly moderate the Family Environment and Motivation for Entrepreneurial Interest.
