  • NUR FAJRI RAFTIKA SARI ” EFFECT OF STUDENT’S CONDITION AND SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT TO LEARNING MOTIVATION ON THE SUBJECT OF FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING SMK NEGERI 13 JAKARTA”, Thesis. Economy Education, Faculty of Economic State University of Jakarta, 2020 This study aim to find out whether there is an influence between student’s condition (X1) and school environment (X2) to learning motivation (Y) on the subjects financial Accounting SMK NEGERI 13 JAKARTA. The study was conducted for four months starting from March Until June 2020. The population in this research is 105 class XI SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta students, Major in Accounting. The sampling technique used random sampling so that the sample was 83 students. Data of variable student’s condition (X1), School environment (X2), and Learning Motivation (Y) were obtained from questionnaire with using likert scale. From the analysis requirements, the data resulted in normal and linier distribution with multiple regression equation Y = 17.50 + 0, 63X1 + 0, 24X. Based on the results of data analysis, obtained the value of Fcount (53.585) > Ftable (3.11), so it can be concluded that students condition and the school environment simultaneously affect learning motivation. In the variable student’s condition obtained tcount(6.637) > ttable (1.9900) and in the variable school environment obtained tcount (2.051) > ttable (1.9900). So, it can be concluded that the student condition and the school environment are partially effect to learning motivation. And the influence amount of student's condition and the school environment simultaneously to learning motivation (R2) is 57.2%. R value of 0.757 with interpretation having strong relationship Keywords: Student’s Condition, School Environment, Learning Motivation
