This study aims to determine the impact of financial literacy and risk tolerance on investment decisions of student investors who are registered in the Capital Market Laboratories State University of Jakarta. The method used in this research is a survey methd with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was 200 students and the sample used was 80 students. In obtaining data, this study uses primary data by using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The testing technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and f test. Based on the t test results indicated by tcount 3,003 which means that financial literacy has an influence on investment decisions. And the risk tolerance that affects investment decisions is indicated by tcount 2,940. In the f test the value of Fcount 9,200, then there is a significant influence between financial literacy and risk tolerance on investment decisions. The coefficient of determination is 0,172 which means 17,2% of the two independent variables influence investment decisions simultaneously and the rest are influenced by other factors. The conclusion that can be drawn in this study is that financial literacy and risk tolerance are factors in investment decisions. In term of allocating the investment of students, it should be increased to high risk investments given the high level of students financial literacy in Capital Market Laboratories State University of Jakarta.
