This study aims to determine the effect of the school environment and the role of the teacher on the learning motivation of class XI students of the Department of Business and Management at SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta. The method used to collect data is a survey method using a questionnaire instrument. The results of this study are: (1)There is a positive and significant influence between the School Environment on Learning Motivation as indicated by the value of tcount> ttable which is 2.608> 1.98969. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between the teacher's role on learning motivation as indicated by the value of tcount> ttable which is 2.626> 1.98969. (3) There is a positive and significant effect between the School Environment and the Role of Teachers on Learning Motivation as indicated by the value of Fcount> Ftable which is 21.279> 3.11; R Square (R2) of 0.344 or 34% of the variable School Environment and the Role of Teachers affect Learning Motivation simultaneously and the rest are influenced by other factors that cannot be sought in this study.
