Business Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta 2020. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of risk taking propensity and self efficacy towards entrepreneurial intentions among students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This research was conducted at the State University of Jakarta for six months from December 2019 - May 2020. The method used in this study was a survey method. The data used in this research is quantitative data with data analysis using path analysis. The population in this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. Sampling in this study using purposive sample. For data processing, the researcher processed the questionnaire using a Likert scale. The Entrepreneurial Intention (EI) variable, the Risk Taking Propensity (RTP) variable and the Self Efficacy (SE) variable are primary data in the form of a research questionnaire. The sample that was successfully reached in this study amounted to 150 students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. In the whole variable determination coefficient test, it can be seen that the Rsquare value is 0.964. This figure is converted to a percent, meaning that the percentage of the contribution of the influence of the Risk Taking Propensity (RTP) and Self Efficacy (SE) on Entrepreneurial Intention (EI) is 96.4% or the independent variables are Risk Taking Propensity (RTP) and Self Efficacy (SE) is able to explain 96.4% of the dependent variable Entrepreneurial Intention (EI), while the remaining 3.6% is influenced by factors outside of this study. The results obtained from this study are: (1) There is a positive and significant influence on the Risk Taking Propensity on Entrepreneurial Intentions. (2) There is a positive and significant influence on the Risk Taking Propensity on Self Efficacy. (3) There is a positive and significant effect of Self Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Intentions. (4) There is a positive and significant effect on the Risk Taking Propensity on Entrepreneurial Intentions through Self Efficacy.
