The purpose of this study are: 1.) To find out how the description of job satisfaction, work environment and Organizational Commitment to employees of PT "X". 2.) To determine the effect of the work environment that occurs on employees of the level of organizational commitment of employees of "X". 3.) To determine the effect of the work environment for employees affect the level of job satisfaction of employees of PT "X". 4.) To find out the effect of job satisfaction for employees affects the level of work commitment of PT "X" employees. 5.) To find out whether job satisfaction mediates the work environment against the organizational commitment of PT "X" employees. This study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method to analyze data. The research model used in this study uses descriptive explanatory. This research was conducted on 84 employees with saturated sampling (census) techniques. Data collection techniques using survey methods that are distributing questionnaires which are then processed with SmartPLS 3.2.7 program. The results of the study using PLS show that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on organizational commitment to PT "X". (2) there is a positive and significant influence between work environment on job satisfaction at PT "X". (3) there is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction on organizational commitment to PT "X". (4) there is a significant and mediating influence between the work environment on organizational commitment through job satisfaction at PT "X".
