  • FITRI ARIAMURTI, Relationship Between Organizational Culture With Work Motivation Of Police on Sector Pasar Rebo Jakarta Timur. This research was conducted at the Police on Sector Pasar Rebo Jakarta Timur. This study to determine the relationship between organizational culture with work motivation of police on Sector Pasar Rebo Jakarta Timur. This study commencing from February 2016 until June 2016, the research method used is survey method with the correlational approach, the population used are all police officer on sektor pasar rebo. The sampling technique used was random sampling technique as much as 89 police officer. The resulting regression equation is Y = 35,96 + 0,697 X. Test requirements analysis that estimates the error normality test regression of Y on X with the test Liliefors produce Lhitung = 0.08, while Ltabel for n = 89 at 0,05 is a significant level = 0,093. Because Lhitung<Ltabel the error estimates Y over X normal distribution. Linearity Regression Test generate Fhitung<Ftable is -1,87<1,76, so it was concluded that the linear regression equation. Significance of the regression test produces Fhitung>Ftable, 81,35>3,96 so it can be inferred that the regression equation significantly. The correlation coefficient of Pearson product moment generating r xy = 0,70, then the correlation coefficient significance test was done by using the t test and the resulting t = 12,80. Therefore, thitung (12,80) > ttabel (1,67), Means there is a significant relationship between organizational culture with work motivation of police on sektor pasar rebo jakarta timur. The coefficient of determination obtained at 0,48 which showed that 48% variable work motivation is determined by organizational culture.
