The purpose of this study are: 1) The description of organizational climate, trust, and knowledge sharing at construction services industry, 2) The influence of organizational climate on knowledge sharing at construction services industry, 3) The influence or trust on knowledge sharing at construction services industry, 4) The research model organizational climate and trust in predicting knowledge sahring at the construction services industry. This research was conducted on 100 employees of the construction services industry. The technique used in data collection is the distributing questionnaires and then processed using the SPSS 24 program. This research uses descriptive and ex post facto analysis. The results obtained from the regression show that there is a positive and significant influence between organizational climate on knowledge sharing, trust on knowledge sharing and research models of organizational climate and trust can predict the knowledge sharing of the construction services industry with a value of Fcount > Ftable ( 9,081 >3,09 ) and significance ( 0,000 <0.05).
