Thesis, Jakarta: Human Resources Concentration,&#xD; Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta&#xD; The objectives of this study are: To determine 1) Description of Job Satisfaction, Work&#xD; Environment and Employee Performance at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry 2) Effect&#xD; of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry 3)&#xD; Effect of Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Ministry of Environment and&#xD; Forestry. This research was conducted on 91 employees of the Bureau of Personnel and&#xD; Organization within the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. The data collection technique&#xD; used a survey method, namely by distributing questionnaires which were then processed by the&#xD; PLS 3.2.8 program. This research uses descriptive and explanatory analysis results.
