The objectives of this study are: To determine 1) Description of Job Satisfaction, Work
Environment and Employee Performance at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry 2) Effect
of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry 3)
Effect of Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Ministry of Environment and
Forestry. This research was conducted on 91 employees of the Bureau of Personnel and
Organization within the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. The data collection technique
used a survey method, namely by distributing questionnaires which were then processed by the
PLS 3.2.8 program. This research uses descriptive and explanatory analysis results. The
results of this study indicate that: 1) Job Satisfaction has an influence on the Employee
Performance of the Personnel Bureau and the Ministry of Environment and Forestry
Organization, 2) The work environment has an influence on the Employee Performance of the
Personnel Bureau and KLHK Organization.
