This research&#xD; is taken 127 employees of head office of national civil service agency Jakarta. The&#xD; techniques of data collection used survey method by distributing questionnaires,&#xD; and the data processed with SPSS 24. The research using descriptive and&#xD; explanatory analysis. This results of regression showed that there is positive&#xD; influence and significant between self efficacy on job satisfication, there is&#xD; positive influence and significant between motivation on job satisfication. And&#xD; research model of self efficacy and motivation can predict job satisfication of&#xD; head office of national civil service agency to the value of Fcount&gt; Ftable (71,251 &gt;&#xD; 1,40) and value of significant (0,000 &lt; 0,05). R2 value or coefficient of&#xD; determination in the study amounted to 0.527 or 52.7%.
