Muhammad Fahmi Ja’far. The Effect of Supervision Activities and Ownership Concentration on Board Compensation: Study in Indonesian Banking Companies. Faculty of Economics. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2020 This study intents to measure the influence of supervision activities and ownership concentration on Indonesian banking companies on board compensation. Samples used in this research are 34 banks registered into the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period of 2013-2018. The implemented analysis method is the panel data regression model. The findings show that all the variables used in this study are not significant to board compensation, where board meeting frequency have a positive effect and both board size and ownership concentration have a negative effect.
