The purpose of this reserch is to learn about: (1) Description of organizational
culture and work ethic through organizational commitment on member of
Himpunan Mahasiswa Islams Jakarta Raya Embrachments, (2) The influence of
organizational culture ethic through organizational commitment on member of
Himpunan Mahasiswa Islams Jakarta Raya Embrachments, (3) The influence of
work ethic ethic through organizational commitment on member of Himpunan
Mahasiswa Islams Jakarta Raya Embrachments. This research took 154 sample
from member of Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam Jakarta Raya Embrachments. This
research uses descriptive and explantory analysis. The result of this study show
that: (1) Organizational culture had influence and significant through
organizational commitment on member of Himpunan Mahasiswa Islams Jakarta
Raya Embrachments, (2) Work ethic had influence and significant through
organizational commitment on member of Himpunan Mahasiswa Islams Jakarta
Raya Embrachments.
