The purpose of this study are: To find out 1) The description of psychological empowerment, ethical leadership and work engagement of Jabotabek Region Customs and Excise Employee, 2) Influence of psychological empowerment on work engagement of Jabotabek Region Customs and Excise Employee, 3) Influence of ethical leadership on work engagement of Jabotabek Region Customs and Excise Employee, 4) The influence of psychological empowerment and ethical leadership simultaneously on work engagement of Jabotabek Region Customs and Excise Employee. This research was conducted on 100 Customs and Excise employees in Jabotabek region with the criteria as follows: an employee working at the Customs and Excise office, the office is located in either Jakarta/Bogor/Tangerang/Bekasi, and had experienced work mutation during the career at Customs and Excise. Methods of data collection using survey method with the instrument in the form of questionnaire that being spreaded out, and the data is processed and analyzed using the program SPSS version 24. This research uses descriptive quantitative and ex post facto approaches, and uses regression analysis techniques in data analysis. The results obtained from the regression analysis shows that there is a positive and significant influence between psychological empowerment work on engagement, ethical leadership on work engagement, and also psychological empowerment and ethical leadership variables simultaneously can significantly influence work engagement of Jabotabek Region Customs and Excise Employee with a value of Fcount > Ftable (47,522 > 3.09) and significance (0,000 <0.05).
