  • Cindy, 2020: Testing the Predicting Factors on Financial Well-being of State University Lecturers in Jakarta. Umi Mardiyati M.Si & Sholatia Dalimunthe, S.E., M.B.A This study aims to measure the factors that affect financial well-being of lecturers who work at the State University in Jakarta, by using the predictors like financial behavior, self-control and demographic variables, consisting age, gender, rank, education level, length of service and marital status. The data was collected trough an online survey by using Google Forms. This research was conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, involving 242 respondents consisting of 133 women (55%) and 109 men (45%). The data were analyzed by using Multiple Linear Regression to test the hypothesis. The study revealed that financial behavior positively and significantly influence financial well-being.
