Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2020. This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effect between capital expenditure, investment, GDRP, and regional original income. The data used in this research is secondary data from LRA, report on the realization of foreign investment and domestic investment, and GDRP at constant price obtained from Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK), BKPM, and Central Statistic Agency (BPS) of West Java. The object used in this research is the regency/city in the province of West Java which swears by 27 regions, the research period is from 2016-2018. The data in this research were processed with a regression analysis and path analysis using SPSS 26. Based on the results and conclusions from the research, capital expenditure and investment affect regional original income through Gross Domestic Regional Product (GDRP).
