This scientific work is a place in introducing a rolling work system as a new thing and can be applied by other companies such as the Immigration Office Class I Non TPI Bogor. The method used in this scientific work is to use descriptive analysis with various data collection methods through literature review reviews, interviews and practice. From the results obtained that the use of the Work Rolling system plays an important role to improve work performance and self potential to be responsible for each position given to be done effectively and efficiently. The application of this system is still very rarely carried out by other companies because of the existence of their respective SOPs (Company Operational Standards). Keywords: Work Rolling, Work Productivity, and job satisfaction.
