The metod used in this scientific research is a descriptive analysis system with data collection through review of studies and practices. The results obtained after the study, the use of electronic archive in the Strategy, Research and Technology at PT PP (Persero) Tbk was considered effective and helped facilitate the secretary in finding important documents in a short time. The application of electronic archive in companies is considered as an effective way in the current global era.
