This scientific work was compiled as an illustration to explain more about the
implementation of Disposition as a form of adaptation handling issue of
correspondence management at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia TBK. The method applied
in the process of writing scientific papers is the method of descriptive analysis and
collection of various data through literature reviews, as well as observations and
practices at the company.
As the result proves that the implementation of disposition letters is very
beneficial because its role in disposition letter management has become easier, faster,
and more economical. But of course, this computerized network system still requires
the role of employees as users for the more developing program so that the office
digitization process can be carried out optimally
