Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. This scientific work is a forum for introducing Electronic Correspondence using the Electronic Office application from as something new in becoming a correspondence solution at the Indonesian Credit Guarantee Public Corporation. The method used in this scientific work is to use descriptive analysis with various data collection methods through literature review reviews, observations and practices. From the results obtained that the use of this Electronic Correspondence system plays an important role in assisting various correspondence activities to the archives. And this system is still very long to develop, it takes the role of all users to support government breakthroughs to help digitize work and maximize results. Keywords: application of automation
