This scientific work is a platform to introduce information systems that use website-based applications as a matter of the financial system solution at PT. Company Gas Negara TBK. The purpose of writing this scientific work is to improve the knowledge of PGN POPAY system that has been applied as a tool that helps to facilitate the workers in the process of payment application at PT PGN. The method used in this scientific work is to use a descriptive analysis with the method of collecting various data through library study review, observation and practice. PGN POPAY application is very necessary employees of PT. Company Gas Negara TBK to assist in working on its work. The use of PGN POPAY application system in conducting all financial transactions very beneficial to the user, because PGN POPAY application is not only used to make payment applications, but also can be used in paying all financial transactions that occur within the company. This system can be used to make payment transactions, such as employee SPPD payments, disbursement and refund of the encots done by workers and can make payment of third party services that are partners with the company. From the results of the analysis that use PGN POPAY system has constraints that occur during its use. This will certainly affect the effectiveness of employees ' work. To overcome these constraints, there are several ways that can be done, namely maintenance and upgrading system with high standards to be more perfect and provide special access for financial employees in order to access PGN POPAY system even while doing work outside the office in order to access corporate data in particular regarding finance with the use of IP address in computer units owned by the employee of the financial.
