The method used is a descriptive analysis, with the method of collecting various data through observation, and the practice of From this analysis can be concluded that the digital archives can help facilitate employees in the search of required documents and by using this digital archive does not require a lot of cost, space, effort, and time. So the work becomes effective and efficient, but there are still some obstacles faced so that the implementation of this digital archive is hindered. Therefore it should be handled and must seek solutions in order to create a good digital archive. Therefore, in order to create a good digital archive, there must be human resources support from the employees themselves. Keywords: Digital Archives
