This scientific work is a platform used to introduce E-Retired Administration using the Convenient Application Retiring Employee (CARE) application, as a new innovation and a solution in managing retire administration at PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk. The method used in this scientific work is to use descriptive analysis with various data collection methods through literature review reviews, observations and practices. From the results obtained that the use of E-Retired Administration plays an important role in helping employees who will retire when filling out claim forms and helping employees of the Human Capital Division in conducting correspondence activities related to retired administration. Keywords: Retirement administration, e-office, Retirement Preparation Period.
