Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This scientific paper aims to find out about the handling incoming and outgoing letters of PT Taspen Properti Indonesia. The methode used in the research is descriptive analysis with a methode of collecting data through literature study, observation and interview. From the results of the writing can be known that the procedure for handling incoming and outgoing letters at PT Taspen Properti Indonesia shows that the problems that occurs is there are no fixed of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in handling incoming and outgoing letters. In addition, the system for handling incoming and outgoing letters at PT Taspen Properti Indonesia is still manual. for this reason, the company must establish a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for handling incoming and outgoing letters and changing the manual system to an electronic office system (e-office) to facilitate the process of handling incoming and outgoing letters. Key Word : Incoming Letters, Outgoing Letters
