Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. This paper has a purpose to find out the process of archive management in the Pancoran Regional Tax and Levies Service Units. Research metode that use is descriptive analysis by using data collection method observation, practice and literature study. From the result, it was found that the archive management an important in archive activities. Archive management needed to carried out with the proper procedures that archive management will optimally in office, needed human resources that can support archive management.
