State University of Jakarta. 2020. This scientific work aimed is to find out open office layout in the Treasury Division PT Perusahaan Gas Negara, Tbk. And to give reference abaout office layout that a company must be able to compile an appropriate and efficient office layout. The method used in this scientific work is to use method descriptive analysis with a method of collecting various data through literature review, observation and documentation The results of the analysis show that the office layout is very influential on the effectiveness of employee performance. A good and appropriate office layout will provide a comfortable atmosphere for employees. Employees will work earnestly and produce outputs that match the company’s goals.
