Pos Indonesia (Persero) Central Jakarta Post Office, as well as the impact brings it has caused. The method that author uses in this scientific work is descriptive analysis by collecting from a various of data such as literature review and observation. From the results of the authors research, it can be known that job rotation at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) has a promblem in the implementation because there are employees who lack knowledge and skills in new position, its necessary evaluate and training from the mentor (usually other employees) so that it can adapt quickly on new job.
