This scientific work is a medium to introduce the health and safety standards in the implementation of effective office space as a solution in addressing the management of health and safety standards in the company Lantern Duasatu Propertindo. The method used in the manufacture of scientific works is a descriptive analysis with the method of collecting various data through library study review, observation and practice. From the results of the analysis can be noted that the implementation of health and safety standards of this office plays an important role in employee performance. In improving employee performance it takes several things, one of which is the health and safety of workers that comply with the standards. The arrangement of office space that meets occupational health and safety standards certainly provides many benefits such as ease and convenience in working, ensuring the efficiency of existing work and improving employee productivity.
