This scientific work was written to analyze the work motivation of employees at the East Jakarta Class I TPI Immigration Office and to know the work motivation given to East Jakarta Class I TPI Immigration Office employees . The method that the writer use on this scientific paper is the analytic description method with a method collecting of various is observace research and library research. From this analysis it was found that work motivation becomes a very important thng for employees ti inccrease work productivity in order to achive the goals of the agency that have been determined effectivetely and efficiently. Although there are still problems in the implementation which is many employees do not use Pakaian Dinas Harian (PDH) completely, awareness to fill jurnal harian on SIMPEG, and employees do not arrive in time. From this problem the author analyzes the problem based on theoretical studies that the author gets from journals and books, then the author makes conclusions.
