The paper has a purpose to know about principle organizing of office work at Kantor Suku Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat. Research method that used is descriptive analysis, with the data collection through literature study, observation, and practice. From the results it can concluded that Kantor Suku Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat is not suitable with the principle decentralization, because in the managing human resources and other resources is not optimal to increase organizational effectiviness.
