July_2020. This_study aims to determine whether there is an influence of need for achievement and locus of control to entrepreneurial intention in student of grade XI at SMK Negeri 24_Jakarta._This research was conducted for 5 months from March to_July 2020._The research method is survey with quantitative approach. The population affordability is all student from grade XI at SMK Negeri 24 Jakarta which amounted to 403_students._The sample used in this research was 186 students using simple random sampling_technique._Data variable Y (entrepreneurial intention), variable X1 (need for achievement) and variable X2 (locus of control)._The data were analyzed using SPSS 25 version. The result of F test in ANOVA table produces Farithmetic 8,192 > Ftable 3,05 (Farithmetic > Ftable)._This means need for achievement and locus of control simultaneously positively influence the entrepreneurial intention._Then t test produces tarithmetic X1 (2,833) > ttable (1,97301) and tarithmetic X2 (2,393) > ttable (1,97301)._Then regression equation obtained was Ŷ = 10,258 + 0,321 X1 + 0,152 X2._The dependent variable depends on the value of determination coefficient (R Square) which is 74,9%, while the rest is 25,1% is influenced by other independent_variable_that are not researched. The conclusion of this research is there is a positive and significant influence between need for achievement and locus of control to entrepreneurial intention in student of grade XI at SMK Negeri 24_Jakarta._ Keyword: Need for Achievement, Locus of Control, Entrepreneurial Intention
